Per the advice of The Poker Hermit by way of Grubby I signed up for Choice Poker to try to qualify for their $1000 freeroll on Sunday. There’s even a nice 20% bonus if I deposit from Netteller, where I just happen to have some money. The only problem is that site is so empty, there aren’t any live tables for me to play my fifty hands at. Hopefully some people will creep on a bit later. That freeroll sounds like too good of a deal.

I’m doing fairly well at my Party table however, up $10 in my first couple of tables. And I feel like I’m playing some very solid poker, mostly by not focusing on the money.
